Environmental Responsibility

We continually explore new ways to lessen our impact on the environment. Clean wind power and “cow power” converted from methane gas run our facilities. Our Best Award winning water conservation plan helps us save 9.2 million gallons of water each year in our production and cleaning practices. We recycle cardboard and plastic, and facilitate household battery recycling for our employees. In 2007, we began fueling our Portland area delivery trucks with B5 Biodiesel.
