Sunshine Dairy Foods is committed to providing the freshest and best tasting milk.  We are proud to be the first dairy in the NW to ally ourselves with family farmers who agree that natural is better and have always pledged not to inject their cows with the artificial growth hormone, rBST (recombinant Bovine Somatotropin), also known as rBGH (recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone).   

You can be assured that our milk is not only free of rBST, but each load is screened for antibiotics as well.  Signed affidavits certify that farmers will not only abstain from using rBST, but will follow farm plans for humane animal treatment and environmental improvement.

As the awareness and growth of natural foods increases, Sunshine Dairy is ready to meet the demand. All of our fluid dairy products, sour cream, and yogurt are rBST-free, and both our egg nog and chocolate milk are all natural.  

A further note on rBST/rBGH: Canada, the European Union, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand have banned rBST/rBGH.
